What does it take to be a leader? A unique message? High self-esteem and emotional intelligence? A really loud voice? Perhaps it is as simple as having a unique perspective, and inspiring others to join the journey.
Leadership can be many things, and most often it is as simple as being influential enough to enlist the support and aid of others to achieve a common goal. Or in the case of the video I am sharing with you today, engaging a group of people to dance like loons.
